The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild já recebeu uma quantidade impressionante de prêmios, e esse número só continua a crescer. O jogo, que é um dos maiores sucessos da Nintendo mais recentemente, recebeu novas premiações durante o 21º D.I.C.E. Awards, levando para casa mais quatro troféus, entre eles o de “Jogo do Ano“.
Os novatos do Studio MDHR também tiveram uma noite inesquecível, acumulando três prêmios por seu icônico jogo de plataforma Cuphead. Logo em seguida vieram Horizon: Zero Dawn, Lone Echo / Echo Arena, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds e Snipperclips, que levaram dois prêmios cada.
Completando a cerimônia de premiação, Genyo Takeda, da Nintendo, recebeu o importante prêmio “Lifetime Achievement”, por seu trabalho criando Punch-Out!! e projetando os hardwares do Nintendo 64, GameCube e Wii.
